At Resident Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your record is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box to ensure it is not warped or cracked during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement copy.
